Marie Elaina Demarest as Eva Peron, Douglas Farrell as Che and Robbie Pittelman as Juan Peron headline our cast of NYCA Summer Repertory Company members lined up to bring you Webber and Rice's tale of the Argentine government's most colorful diva who climbed from the 'gutter theatrical' to the height of adoration in the eyes of her people.  The songs "Don't Cry for Me Argentina", "High Flying Adored" and "Another Suitcase" shine in this crown of a score by Andrew Lloyd Webber, and with words by Tim Rice they cut quick to touch the heart; this Summer's jewel of a performance, singing with passion for an Evening or Afternoon sure to ring out in your memory for a long while after.  Also joining our NYCA celebrated cast are Elise Tarantina as Peron's Mistress, Tommy Joscelyn as Augustin Magaldi, Alexa Abrams, Zoë Brown, Paul Dawson, Anissa Garcia, Leslie Harris, Gretchen Martino, Joe Martino, Jeremy McLaughlin, Alan Spaulding and NYCA's summer MT cast of favorites.

THE MURDER ROOM is a zany spoof of British mysteries. There are secret chambers, panels and trap lids galore that are operated by ridiculous contrivances - a grand mixture of Agatha Christie, Monty Python and Abbott and Costello. The quick, smart, well-timed dialogue, combined with hilarious situations and physical antics, make this high, mad melodrama a fun night at the theater. Guaranteed to provide many laughs!

If he can't buy her love, then he'll force her to marry him by threatening to foreclose on her mother, the poor Widow Piper. Mary already has her heart set on marrying Barnaby's nephew Alan—but not if Barnaby can help it! He hires two bumbling ruffians to do away with Alan, but Alan returns to Mother Goose Land amidst much rejoicing. Mary journeys to the mysterious Toyland through the dangerous Spider Forest. But wait! Barnaby hasn't given up, and he herds the whole gang of Mother Goose Land characters to Toyland in pursuit of Mary. SEE FAME THE WAY YOU SHOULD...AT A FAME SCHOOL, WITH THE FAME SPIRIT OF INSPIRATION WHERE YOUNG ARTISTS BRING THEMSELVES TO THEIR PERFORMANCE ARTS...WITH JOY AND CARE FOR THEMSELVES AND ONE ANOTHER...NOT JUST ANOTHER SHOW, OR EVEN ANY FAME SHOW - THIS IS A NYCA FAME PRODUCTION!

It is nothing short of a global phenomenon...first came the hit motion picture, then the long-running television series. The screen sensation of the 1980's became the stage sensation of the 1990's and then a remake 2009 Film once more.

Set during the last years of New York City's celebrated High School for the Performing Arts on 46th Street (1980-1984), "Fame-The Musical" is an ultimately inspiring story of a diverse group of students as they commit to four years of artistic and academic work. With candor, humor and insight, the show explores the issues that confront many young people: issues of identity, self-worth, literacy, coming of age, commitment in a world where they are encouraged not to and perseverance through any social obstacles - and ultimately bringing themselves to their Art, finding meaning within and shining.  PG13

Come hear the incredible tale of Mowgli, a young boy raised by wolves. With the help of his friend, the bear Baloo, the panther Bagheera and the python Kaaï, Mowgli learns the ways of the jungle. Some of the jungle boy's adventures are gripping, like the time he encounters the hooded cobra who guards the treasure vault in the Deserted City. Others, like the coconut-tossing monkeys who take him prisoner, are hysterical. But the jungle is also dangerous, for it is the home of Shere Khan, the man-eating tiger who has vowed to destroy Mowgli. With his fawning jackal follower, Shere Khan plots to take control of the jungle. Mowgli must use all his strength and courage to stop Shere Khan before it is too late. This faithful adaptation will enchant all.
